Paula was a gracious host and her condo was perfect for our stay. The property was extremely clean and in a great location!
The description was accurate and the condo was more spacious than the photos showed. It was conveniently located to walking to downtown Charleston or taking a cab. Paula was wonderful with getting everything set for my arrival. She had many amenities such as a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner plus extra blankets and pillows. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!!
Thanks, Paula, for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The apartment was bright, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The crisp white cotton bed linens were a favorite feature of mine, although there was so much else to love. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and walking to the many wonderful local eateries. Looking forward to our next visit in your Colony Hill location, after we return from Savannah.
Paula has been nothing short of amazing. Her properties are stunning! We realized that we had accidentally booked our stay one night too short so asked super last minute for an extension. While our original condo wasn't available, she was able to accommodate us at one of her other condos on James Island. Dare I say I like this one better than the last? Both condos were absolutely perfect for our needs. They were stocked with everything you could need including beach towels!!! Paula is #1 on our list if we make another trip to Charleston. She is super responsive, so sweet and ready to help. Thank you so much!!
We liked that the parking space was directly in front of the stairs leading up to this second floor place, and that it was reserved just for us. (ie. Nobody else could park in our spot!) Note that it is the furthest back area from the alley entrance, on the right. We arrived at night so it was helpful that the front porch light was on. The entire place was very clean and uncluttered. Everything one could want was supplied, right down to the corkscrew and extra light-bulbs! The map that is taped onto the fridge was a very helpful touch, since this was our first time in Charleston! The most enexpected feature of this older building was that every room had several, obviously new electrical outlets! The air conditioner worked very well, also. A must for a second story, in the summer, in Charleston! Other than the very tight parking area, our stay was very comfortable. Our host checked in with us through a brief email, making sure we knew she was available, should we need her, for any reason. We got around easily by using Uber and we walked to several great little restaurants in the neighborhood. 71/2 B is a great place to stay several days! Kim and Bruce B, Atlanta, GA.
