Perfectly situated, you are just a short drive from Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, and Yanui Beach. Restaurants, massage salons, supermarkets, and shopping areas are easily accessible by car or scooter, making it convenient to explore the best of southern Phuket while enjoying a calm retreat.

The villa is not shared with other guests. The villa has a covered parking space.

On night time you have a security guard who stay at the place from 6 pm to 6 am.

Bathroom and pool towels and bed linens are provided.

Cleaning and Linen Policy:

To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule:

The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels.

After 3 more nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen.

Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability.
Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one.

For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months.

Not included:
Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh).
A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB.
