I apologize about the toilet paper, i was not aware it was not replenished by the cleaners and have addressed this along with the light bulb that was out.
As far as the cable, if you look under the amenities under the listing you will see cable is not one of them, Airbnb has 2 separate fields for this reason, one for cable and one for TVs. I believe you will be better served in the future on checking the listing you reserve before booking if something is very important to you as mentioned, and if you have a questions you message the host to clarify, had you done that, i would've gladly told you that cable is not active on this listing, only wifi as listed.
With regards to the tub drain, this was not an issue before but if something like this happens you can let the host know there is a problem so we can find ways to resolve it, however if you don't communicate then there isn't much we can do, had you let me know there was a problem i could have sent someone to take care of it while you were at the home, it would not be the firs time, things happen and as you yourself noted, i am very communicative.
