Located in it's own grounds in a rural area 3km from Swinford it is an ideal base from which to explore the West and North West, The Wild Atlantic Way, Connemara, fish the river Moy,
Cashel Schoolhouse is ideal for family groups, fishermen, walkers or groups of friends who just want to 'catch up'.
It is a house that has a story to tell and is very suitable for different age groups with a special play area for children. Fishermen and walkers have a drying / storage area for wet gear and rods. Spacious patio area and lawn to the rear, offering complete privacy.
Cashel Schoolhouse is the perfect location to base yourself for touring the West of Ireland and the Wild Atlantic way. You can reach many of the signature discovery points within a 40km drive of the schoolhouse. You could choose a different destination each day and we can help you plan your itinerary based on what you are interested in seeing and doing.
Following each day of fresh West of Ireland air, stunning drives, scenic walks, climbing, surfing , fishing or cycling and dining on locally produced fresh food, you can return to your home for the holiday, curl up in front of a roaring turf fire and plan tomorrows excursion!
