Arrive, breathe deeply and feel good, that's what awaits you in our lovingly designed top floor apartment. Warm wooden floors and a cozy atmosphere make it a retreat above the rooftops.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/bedroom, kitchen, modern bathroom and hallway. Whether as a family, with friends, as a couple or on a business trip, you should feel comfortable from the very first moment.
For five people, one person sleeps comfortably in the living area.

Bright rooms, high-quality wooden floors and underfloor heating in sleeping and living areas ensure a warm, sheltered quality of living all year round, especially soothing on cool days.
After your arrival, everything is waiting in the small but nice kitchen for a relaxing break: coffee or tea, plus numerous free basics such as spices, salt, pepper, sugar, water, detergent and tea towels. The kitchen is also equipped with a stove, refrigerator, pad coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The modern daylight bathroom combines comfort with personal charm. Fluffy towels, hairdryer and shampoo are ready for you. You don't have to worry about a thing.
The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people (max. 5) traveling together and still value separate bedrooms and privacy.

Directly in front of the house is a private parking space that is available to you free of charge. In addition, you have your own seating area in the outdoor area next to the house, which you can use undisturbed. Great for relaxing in the evening.
Check-in is very flexible: either I will welcome you personally to hand over the keys or you can check in comfortably via the key box. Arrival is usually possible until 10 pm. If it is later, we will of course find a solution after a short consultation.
