In the heart of downtown Tucson just 2 minutes to over 25 bars, restaurants & so much more. Old style luxury with modern amenities to make you feel as if you were at home. Our Large courtyard with 2 fountains and dozens of plants. The home is filled with circa 1920s furniture and unique artwork from all over the world. A true GEM in downtown.

The space
This hidden gem is located in the heart of Downtown Tucson on historic 4th Avenue. It is the ideal place to relax in pure luxury. There are many unique pieces of artwork and the furniture is from the early 20th century. You will be treated as if you were royalty in this 100-year-old lovingly restored Queen Anne style home built in 1917. There are many stories to be made in this house so you have a few tales to share with your family after your amazing trip to sunny Tucson, Arizona. This true work of art has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. There is an adjoining room and bathroom that can be added for an additional cost. (The main house is not accessed when rented but I do reside in the home next door to maintain property, courtyard and ensure to that your stay is exceptional! The front entrance has a covered front porch facing 4th Ave.

-The exterior courtyard is filled with dozens of plants that attract amazing wildlife including hummingbirds and butterflies.

-There is a brick gas firepit that seats up to 9 people and creates a central setting to relax at night.

-Enjoy the 5-tier, 9 foot fountain in the backyard.

It is the ideal place to be if you want to enjoy downtown Tucson. You are within 3 minutes away from the center of it all! There are more than two dozen restaurants, bars, and breweries within walking distance, You can even catch a show at The Rialto Theater or Historic Fox Theater. The Modern Streetcar stop is a block away and it can take you to the University of Arizona, Tucson Convention Center, the Mercado and much more places. Catch a Roadrunners hockey game or stroll along 4th Avenue to shop and dine. Why waste money on a cab or stay in a boring hotel when you can stay in this luxury historic home. Downtown wildcats will pick you up if you download the app and they will drop you off within a reasonable distance including UofA. Its the place to be if you want to enjoy the Tucson's Downtown Entertainment District.

The house has been fully renovated to have the most modern of amenities yet have an early 20th century appeal. For those of you driving, we have ample parking and passes as needed for visitors. We truly look forward to making your trip to beautiful Tucson a memorable one.

I am one of the business partners so I put all my heart into making this gem a one of a kind place to stay! Cleanliness is a must and I can assure you it is always as if you were home away from home. If you need anything the best way to reach me is through air-bnb message. I do not access the house while it is rented but I will leave you extra items if needed at the front door.
