Welcome to my original 1925 Casita, built in the heyday of the John Ringling era.
We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area has to offer.
Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
The space
You'll enter the casita through a beautiful courtyard. The zen-like space has lush tropical foliage and several beautiful outdoor garden spaces to relax and chill. The space has lovely furnishings, art, and vintage objects. The beds are very comfortable with fresh 100% cotton linens and non-down pillows. A new king-size organic mattress is in the bedroom, and a comfy Tempur-Pedic mattress is in the main living room.
The spacious spa-like bathroom has a beautiful soaking tub and Epsom salts to relax and renew. You won't want to leave the tub!
A cook's dream with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. A Weber grill is there for when you want to BBQ or cook fresh fish. It has a side burner so you can cook alfresco-style!
If there is anything you need that is not there, ask!
You also have a dedicated laundry room.
We provide beach towels, chairs, noodles, and a cooler.
We are a nontoxic home. We use green cleaning products and pest control, and encourage recycling.
Our Casita is a great location for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike.
Guest access
Please enjoy the yard and all the gardens during your stay. Pick fresh herbs and seasonal fruits to use in cooking.
Parking is at the end of the driveway, in any available spot.
We want you to make yourself at home:)

Neighborhood highlights
My neighborhood is very close to the Sarasota Bradenton Airport, The Ringling Museum, Ringling School of Art, University of South Florida, New College, IMG Academy. A short 15 minute drive to downtown, Lido Beach and St Armands Circle, and 20 minutes to Siesta Key. Spring Training Baseball games for both The Baltimore Orioles in Sarasota and The Pittsburg Pirates in Bradenton are loads of fun too. It is a quiet residential neighborhood.
