Cozy and functional room in Almaty for 2 guests. The newly refurbished guesthouse has everything you need for your convenient stay - fully equipped shared kitchenette, Wi-Fi, laundry and all needed amenities. Common areas are shared with other guests.

The guesthouse is located next to the big shopping mall with an array of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The main pedestrian street "Arbat" is in 15 minute walk away.

The space
The guesthouse is located in the newly constructed building on a first floor. The entrance to the guesthouse is from the yard.

Guests have private access to their room and shared access to all common areas of the guesthouse, including the hallway, kitchenette, laundry area, shower and toilets.
