This newly restored Hollywood Hills castle is quiet and serene, surrounded by ancient oaks and flowering bougainvillea--a perfect yet rare example of 1920s filmic storybook architecture. Complete with pool, spa, fire pit, exclusive gardens and courtyards, a marble steam shower, modern kitchen, 3 fireplaces, heated bidet toilets, organic bedding, plush towels and downstairs suite with bath. Two weeks advance notice may be required.

The space
Two completely different upstairs/downstairs living spaces afford excellent privacy, perfect for couples and small meditation retreats.

The upstairs luxury suite has a shared, luxurious his/hers bathroom, kitchen, private courtyard, deck, balcony, tunnel, cave and pool overlook.

The downstairs, gallery-like bohemian luxe suite has authentic brick and thick stucco walls, reclaimed wood, original stained concrete floor, Moroccan rug, antique furnishings, heated bidet toilet, stone shower, and gorgeous wrought iron French doors in both the bathroom and living quarters that lead to gardens with multiple seating arrangements, grass lawn, fruit trees and flowers.

Separate keypad entrances to both suites.

Property is extremely secure, with electronic driveway gate and privacy walls around the circumference of the property.
