Nice bright and quiet room just 20 minutes away from the city center. The flat is located in Grand Canal, one of the nicest area of Dublin.
A bright and comfortable flat in Grand Canal, the IT center of the city. The apartment is therefore ideal for Nooglers. We offer a double room that can suits one person or a couple. The room has it own ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. Please not that as from the 26th of March to the end of April, we will only be able to offer longer stay (minimum of 5 nights) due to work obligation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcomed to cook here. One of the biggest advantages is that you can use our secured underground parking space but please let us know in advance if you want to use it.
We are always happy to answer questions and spend time with our guests.
Grand Canal is probably one of the nicest areas of Dublin. It's about 20 minutes walking from the city center, but if you feel lazy, there are buses and taxi are really cheap in the city. There are also a lot of restaurants, pubs, shops and the Aviva stadium.
You can find buses in our street and we are 5 minutes away from Grand Canal Dock station.
We provide fresh linen and towels.
We have a rabbit, Piu. She lives outdoors but often comes inside.

They are fantastic couple. Both of them are lovely and helpful. Of course the room was excellent as well.
She made a lovely cake for our breakfast. I loved it !:P
I absolutely loved staying with Agnes! The room was bright and spacious, and she thought of nice touches like providing me with guide books and great-smelling bath gels. I wish I could have spent more time with this lovely couple, but I spent most of my time running around Dublin trying to see everything. Oh, and their pet rabbit was adorable and kept me from missing my pet at home. :)
Agnès and Miguel were very nice hosts. I stayed at their place while searching for an apartment in Dublin (I was moving to Dublin for work) and they shared many tips on how to find a place, what areas in Dublin are nice, etc. This was very valuable for me! They also took me out for dinner which was very nice! Their rabbit Piu was very cute and didn't disturb me at all.
The apartment is modern and clean and tidy and the room was in perfect condition when I arrived. I would recommend anyone to stay at Agnés and Miguel's place.
Agnès and Miguel's apartment is well located and they are nice and easygoing hosts. Being a language teacher, Agnès speaks I-forget-how-many languages exactly and as a result there won't be any language barrier whatsoever if you need assistance or information! They would have included me for Miguel's birthday night which, being such a busy visitor ;-), I sadly was unable to make it to - but I appreciated the offer and it speaks for itself! The room is a good size for one or two people and comes with a (very very comfy) double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe space (which even fit my suitcase - always nice to have it out of the way!) and bedside table with lots of Dublin info material inside. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with lots of shelf space, a toilet, a teeny-tiny sink and a small but good shower (i.e., if your body consists mainly of elbows, knees and knuckles such as mine, prepare to knock against the sides a few times, but the upside is it has really good powerful water pressure, which is _not_ a standard in Dublin!). Piu, their cute little rabbit really does live mostly on the balcony outside but leaves an occasional trail of straw behind on the carpets when he comes in for his daily dose of contact with his owners which was fine by me though :-) The bus and DART (suburban train) connection to Ringsend is very convenient, there are 3 busses into town within a 3 minute walk and the Airlink/Aircoach (airport bus) is easily reached at about 15 mins walking distance away. As a first guest, I thought I'd leave a more extensive review than usual in hopes that other people will find it useful. I definitely had a great time and would come back to stay with Agnès and Miguel.
