OKEGIGA HOMES is an unique accommodation facilities in the world largest River island Majuli. It has the traditional Bamboo Cottage, Alpine style wooden Cottage, Dormitory and Camping Swiss tents. All the cottages are raised from the ground, the floor is made up of wood and bamboo stakes. The attached bathrooms are fitted with western toilet seat with standing shower. We have the gardening as well as farming area where travelers can try their own hand. Yes, we are couple friendly.

The space
It has the river Lohit on the front while on the side you can enjoy the lovely wood. And also note that you do not expect the luxury and comfort of a concrete house in our cottages.

The neighbourhood is mainly the local missing tribal community. It is always a new thing to know their unique life style, their traditional bamboo plateform houses, their delicious food menu and the rice beer to drink.
