  • Our stay at the Fish inn was just what we hoped, a wonderful, clean, large space to relax with family and enjoy a beautiful view from the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining table was perfect for playing cards in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the master rain shower was great. We didn't want to go home! We are already thinking about when we can come back again.

  • Fantastic spacious home with amazing views of Morro Bay

  • Our 3 day stay at the Morro Bay Fish Inn was fantastic. Gaby is a gracious host and an excellent communicator.

The home is immaculate, spacious and comfortable, and even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We had 4 adults and 3 children (7, 2.5, and 1.5), and this was a perfect place for us to use as a home base for a 3 day central coast getaway.

The bedding and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was incredibly well appointed and a pleasure to cook in, and the living spaces were open and really nice to hang out in. Patio is awesome! (And came with its own friendly neighborhood cat, which my 7 year old adored.)

I found the lack of shades/blinds in the master suite a little disconcerting at first, but once we realized the privacy that came with them being west-facing, decided that waking up with the natural light and sunrise sky was actually quite nice.

And the only "negative" in the trip turned out to be a positive, thanks to Gaby's quick response. The hall bathroom had a leak under the sink, but Gaby had a plumber out less than 30 minutes after I let her know. Problem solved! And there's no hairdryer at the home, which I should have anticipated... but this was resolved with a quick trip to Rite-Aid. (And now I have a travel size hairdryer.) :)

I would recommend this home to anyone - whether on a friends/couples getaway or a family with kids. I look forward to returning!

  • My family and I had a great time at the Morro Bay Fish Inn! The house is situated on a hill with a amazing panoramic views of the ocean. The house is spacious and roomy, and will easily accomodate 6 adults (keep in mind that one of the rooms has two twin beds). The kitchen is well-equipped and a perfect for all foodies. Gabriela was extremely helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend the Morro Bay Fish Inn and will definitely be back for our next vacation!

  • We stayed at Gabriela's Morro Bay Fish Inn for 2 nights. Her place is beautiful, very clean, bright and comfortable for 6 people. She is very thoughtful and kept extra blankets for us just in case we need them. Her house was warm and cozy so we all were comfortable.
Her kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking dinner and dining at her spacious dining table. Some of us forgot towels but we could use towels she had kept for us. Her house provides beautiful views of the bay and is at walking distance from the waterfront and all restaurants. If we visit morro bay again, I will definitely book the place again. Thank you Gabriela for making our stay comfortable and joyous!

  • Our stay at the Morro Bay fish inn was great. The house is beautiful with great views from the master ,living room, dining room and kitchen. Gabriela was very easy to work with although we didn't wind up needing anything during our stay. Although the house is in a quiet suburban setting it is in walking distance to anything you would want to do in Morro Bay. Our family would definitely stay here again even though it has room for a much larger party.

  • We had a lovely stay at Gabriela's home. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding was lovely. The home has views of the bay, and the patio area was great. There is a fully equipped kitchen--the home was so lovely, we decided to cook all our meals in and enjoy the patio and the views. We explored the area on foot and were able to walk to the middle of town in fifteen minutes. I highly recommend this home to others. Gabriela responded quickly to my text messages and emails and was very helpful in connecting us to resources in the area such as for kayaking. We would absolutely stay at this home again.
