We had a fantastic and relaxing long weekend staying at Christine's. Perfectly located to walk into Port Dalhousie for a meal, drink on a terrace, or walk along the waterfront.
Christine was very hospitable and welcoming, offering breakfast daily and suggestions for restaurants and vineyards to visit. I very much enjoyed our stay, and would love to return the next time I visit the area.
We spent an afternoon and night at Christine's place, on our way to Niagara Falls. She and her husband and daughter really make us feel welcome! Offering a cup of tea upon arrival, good bed, delicious breakfast, useful tips for our stays and travels in Ontario, brilliant!
I felt immediately at home in this beautiful century home. Christine was a very gracious and attentive host. Both Christine and Peter had an immense amount of local knowledge, current and historical. The backyard view was spectacular and I even enjoyed a bagpipe serenade one morning from across the Port. My only regret is that I could not stay longer.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our short stay at Christine's place. Everything was great: the room, the house, the breakfast and Christine and her husband are really nice people, very helpful and ready to share their tips about the region. I highly recommand this place. Thanks again for the kindness, we felt like home. Merci :)
Our stay at Christine's house was amazing... The place and the host are wonderful! We enjoy our time there, and definitely recommend the place to anyone :-) merci Christine and Peter !!!
