Our cozy antique Victorian displays what homes used to be like in San Francisco. It's a 2 story home with 1 available bedroom for rent, awesome antique decor, large kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard with a garden and a view. Outside the hustle bustle but close enough to walk to public transit.
Our adopted cuddly 8 month old kitten will not disappoint.
We work during the day so we are home in the mornings and evening. But always available via airbnb app and phone text for restaurant recommendations and tourist information. We love to share our beautiful city and enjoy helping you have the best stay you possibly could have.
1 min. walk to the bus, 5 min. walk to the muni, and 20 min. walk to Bart.
Check in anytime- even during the night -24 hours a day.
We love to meet and greet our guests, but respect your privacy too!
We live in a cozy family friendly neighborhood. It is quiet and safe. Just below Diamond Heights and above the Mission district, we're nestled in quiet and sunny Noe Valley!
Our home is located 1 block from the 24 bus line that cuts across the city and 3 blocks to the J Muni line that goes through the mission toward downtown and the embarcadero.
Btw, we just added a memory foam mattress topper to our guest room bed. Enjoy!
Thea and Carlo were incredibly kind during our stay! They were extremely helpful in recommending places to go and gave us advice on how to get around the city. The room we stayed in was so cute and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location of the house was in an incredibly safe neighborhood and the view of the city was breathtaking. There's a bus stop just on the next block too, so we were able to get around the city quite easily. Oh, and the cat was adorable :)
Great place and good host. Enjoyed the rather unique house and the location.
My husband and I loved our stay with Thea! She and her husband were wonderfully welcoming and the house was in a perfect location. Her street has free street parking and it was never a problem to find a spot. Perfect place for us this weekend!
Thea was very welcoming! It was a wonderful stay at a beautiful place with very nice folks. She even helped us with mailing back something we forgot there! They are a great couple who helped to make our trip what it was.
Thea, Carlo, and Shinjuku were wonderful hosts. Their house was beautiful and even better than the photos. Thea made sure we were well accommodated during our 2 night stay with them. Their place is close to public transportation which was helpful in getting us to all the touristy spots we wanted to check out. The bed was comfortable. It was cool to walk around the place and see all the old framed pictures that adorned the walls.
My girlfriend and I will definitely look to try and book their place again for our next visit to San Francisco.
My stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful and in a good location. There were no problems with the room and shinjuku is a doll. Thea and Carlo are very generous too.
Thea and Carlo are wonderful hosts, their house is very comfy, clean, nicely decorated and well located. Only a couple of Blocks away from lively San Francisco. Would defenitly stay there again.
I can't even put in words how perfect Thea and Carlo's place was! Without a doubt the cutest place I've stayed so far- the photos don't do it justice! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom smelled amazing (!) and their kitty was adorable. In fact, everything was adorable, right down to the wifi name.
Due to my busy schedule I only got to meet Thea and Carlo briefly, but they were very friendly and fun to talk to. Really hope I get to stay here again in the future- can't imagine a better place in SF :)
Thea and Carlo are amazing hosts: their place is gorgeous, they are incredibly generous, their cat Juku is a dream, and their location is clean, safe, very close to the J line which is excellent for accessing Castro, Mission, anywhere Downtown and Fishermen's Wharf. All in all this is an excellent place to stay, they are great people (and awesome cat) and effortless.
I would like to join the previous reviews and agree with them - that's very good place to stay.
