The space
Sanctuary by Casa Santiago is set in a quiet, private enclave designed for rest and disconnection, where your heated private pool becomes the center of a slow, relaxed atmosphere.
Yet just minutes away by car, you’ll find vibrant restaurants, lively bars, beautiful beaches, supermarkets, and everyday essentials — offering effortless access whenever you choose to step out.
Here, couples experience the perfect balance between privacy, tranquility, and nearby energy.

Sanctuary features a heated private pool designed for year-round indulgence. The suite’s pool features a heater that maintains the water at a pleasant temperature for your enjoyment. It doesn’t aim to replicate the warmth of a jacuzzi, but to offer a cozy environment without cold water. The temperature may vary slightly depending on sun exposure, sometimes feeling warmer or cooler, but it will always be pleasant. You may notice it feels less warm between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.; however, we do not have a control to adjust or modify the pool’s temperature.
The property is equipped with a full-capacity electric generator with an automatic transfer switch, allowing power to be restored within approximately 30 seconds in the event of an outage. In addition, a dedicated water cistern helps ensure continuous water service, providing guests with comfort, reliability, and complete peace of mind throughout their stay.
Due to the limited public transportation options in Aguadilla — including the absence of Uber and minimal taxi availability — renting a vehicle is strongly recommended. Major car rental companies are conveniently available at Rafael Hernández Airport.
To preserve the serenity of the space, smoking or vaping of any kind — including cigarettes or cannabis — is not permitted anywhere on the property.
As part of the Casa Santiago experience, guests enjoy privileged proximity to César Santiago Restaurants — including Desecheo (Puerto Rican cuisine), Mona (brunch), Cinco (international dining), and Peña Blanca (Puerto Rican seafood) — all located just minutes away.
Please note that pets, unregistered visitors, gatherings, and parties are not permitted. These guidelines allow us to maintain privacy, comfort, and a refined atmosphere for every guest.
