As you enter through the private entrance, you are greeted by your own swimming pool, creating a sense of privacy and calm from the moment you arrive. It is a lovely spot to cool off during the day or relax in the evenings after exploring the island.
From the pool area, you step into an enclosed living space designed for everyday comfort. The living area is fully air-conditioned and features a TV with Netflix access, allowing you to log in with your own account and enjoy your favorite shows or movies in a comfortable indoor setting.
The living space flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for anything from simple breakfasts to home-cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats up to 8 guests, ideal for shared meals and relaxed moments together.
The villa offers a thoughtful bedroom layout for added comfort and privacy. One bedroom is located on the first floor, making it easily accessible, while the other two bedrooms are located on the second floor, providing a quieter resting area. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, and one of the bathrooms includes a bathtub, perfect for a long, relaxing soak at the end of the day. All rooms are arranged with comfort in mind to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
It is situated in a newly developed residential neighborhood in Nyanyi, offering a calm atmosphere while still being within easy reach of nearby cafés, restaurants, and daily conveniences by a short drive. Canggu is also easily accessible by scooter or car whenever you feel like exploring more lively areas.
Your stay includes regular housekeeping, pool maintenance, and 24/7 concierge support to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your visit. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided and refreshed regularly, allowing you to settle in comfortably and enjoy a worry-free stay.
Scooter parking is available within the complex. If you plan to bring a car, please let me know in advance and I will be happy to check parking availability for you.

🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected. Bath and pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available in every bedroom for your valuables.

• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
