Interaction with Guests
little to none- enjoy your vacation!
Pass-a-Grille still maintains the pleasant laid-back feel of the beach communities developed in the early 1900's. Strict zoning has avoided the intrusion of the highrise beach condos that plague the rest of the Gulf Coast.
Bikes, trolly, beach taxi, car, boat
Other Things to Note
Considered one of the most pleasing beaches in the area, Pass-a-Grille has fine white sand and shells backed by waving dunes of sea oats and palms protecting the colorful cottages from nature's fury. The gradual drop-off of the firm sand into the low waves makes for safe swiming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset.
Treat the house & neighbors and property with kindness and respect.
No smoking on premises
Just perfect. Thank you Lisa for making our stay so special! We especially enjoyed the location as it has a very private feeling although just steps away from beach side hotels and restaurants. We went on daily long beach walks and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunset over Thanksgiving weekend. The apartment was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and had everything we could need and more (lots of fluffy towels, bikes, etc. We took several of your suggestions and they were spot on (Sea Horse, Shaners, Gennaros). Thanks again for everything. We hope to return soon.
We had a GREAT but short stay. The St. Pete/Pass-a-grill beaches are among the best in the world. Apartment was cute, cozy and well maintained. Having a full kitchen meant that I could invite some local family over and cook dinner for them. We will definitely stay here again!
This is a wonderful place. It has everything you need for a perfect stay, steps from a glorious beach. Lisa was concerned that the cottage would not be large enough for the 4 of us, but we fit fine. We had an excellent visit and Lisa was very accommodating with the checkout time. Highly recommended!

About the Host, Lisa
Greetings, please before you book contact me directly so I can make sure the house is available and I am not waiting or have plans for the house. I grew up on Pass-a-Grille Beach and now lead a very busy life as a mediator, educator and bicycle store owner. For fun I compete in triathlons (swimming, running and bicycling) and have completed 8 Ironman races. I have two dogs (poodle and a golden retriever) and try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in the St Pete area such as the Dali museum, Ft De Soto- rated 1 beach in the world, bicycling on our 80 mile bike path, and windsurfing. I have lived in New York City, Connecticut, (Fairfield county) and NY (Westchester County). I love this area and am thrilled to share it with you. When you book I will send you details about places to see and things to do in the area so you can create fantastic memories!
