If you want to be in the heart of London's Theatres, Gay district and Night-life this studio is perfect! The Studio has been completely refurbished to provide well designed, hotel apartment style accommodation in the heart of Soho, just a moment from Piccadilly Circus and Shaftesbury Avenue. There are several supermarkets within minutes of the apartment as well as a street market and numerous gyms, swimming pools etc.

This is in the same building as my other studio on Rupert Street. It is larger than the other flat and has space for a dining table with 2 chairs. It also has a real bed as opposed to a sofa bed. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH FLOOR (in the UK we do not count the floor at ground level so in US you would call this the 5th floor)

This studio is totally private with its own kitchen facilities and shower-room. You will not have to share with anyone. It sleeps 1-2 people in double bed.

The studio has been completely refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, lighting, floors and furniture. As mentioned there is a glass dining table with 2 chairs and a double divan bed. There is also new double wardrobe.

The studio has a washing machine but no dryer. However there are airing frames you can hang clothes on to dry.

Entertainment includes FREE WIFI , a flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview channels. The separate bathroom contains a good sized, fully-tiled shower, WC and small basin. The apartment is neutrally decorated with blond wooden floors, has heating and three large windows overlooking one of Soho's liveliest Streets.

Soho is a very lively area and was formerly known as a red light district. As a result there are a number of sex shops and peep shows still in the area amongst the trendy bars and cafes. It is also the centre of London's gay scene with numerous gay venues so not the place for a peaceful stay but great if you want to be slap-bang in the middle of the action.

Arrival times:

There is a charge if you arrive outside office hours. This is because I have to pay someone to wait at the apartment to meet you. Charges are as follows:

Mon – Sun
6pm - 10pm - £20

Mon – Sun
10pm - 9am - £40

Public Holidays - £40 discretionary (this generally will only apply to major holidays like Christmas and Easter)

  • Unbeatable location in Soho.

Allowed an early check in to drop off bags when we arrived. (But pack lightly: it's a heck of a climb up to the top - though worth it for the relative quiet.)

Got to meet Daniel briefly (due to a wifi service interruption that he went out if his way to deal with) and he was quite charming in person.

  • Loved London and loved the location of the apartment. Had everything we needed and right near the tube. A virtual hub of activity and every theatre was within 5 min walk. Suggest you pack earplugs as a noisy area but all part of the fun. Really clean and helpful hosts. Thanks all.

  • The flat is really well located. If you want to visit London by night, you can't find any better location.
They are really flexible with the hours for arrinving and leaving.
There is also all what you need (for cooking, ironing, air dryer...)
Off course there is a little bit of noise but it's normal when you want to stay in Rupert Street.

  • Smooth, friendly check-in even though our flight had been delayed. Fantastic location. Attentive host.

  • We had a great time in London. The flat was perfect for us and our little daughter (15 months) ! It was also super conveniently located to explore the city. The neighbourhood was very nice (there is even a street market downstairs!!), with plenty of restaurants, and close to everything. We are already eager to come back!
Many thanks again to Daniel and Gavin.

  • Room was perfect, well situated (2 minutes walk from Picadilly Station).
We were nicely received by the room cleaner, and it was possible to meet at different time after discussing with Daniel (without meeting him). Good recommandation for a very good fish'n'ships in Camden Market (Poppies).
Shower room was enough for 3 nights. No problem with the "little stairs" ( 4th floor), we had already seen more narrow in Paris ;-)
Maybe we were too tired at night, but we didn't ear anything while sleeping, even if Ruppert Street is a high living place.
We highly recommend the flat for your visit in London, and Daniel always answered very fast to our questions.
