Situated on Esquiline Hill in Old Rome, it is really a great location to explore the city on foot. The Colosseum, Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiorie, San Giovanni in Laterano, Trevi Fountain, and many others are a short walk away. To visit The Vatican you can board the metro at Termini a few blocks.
Luca’s B&B is a fully-licensed Bed & Breakfast and has been providing the best Italian hospitality since 2000. We love helping people explore our beautiful city and can offer maps and some local insight about the places to visit. We can also meet you at the train station to help with luggage and directions upon request.
Great and professional host... the thing i like most is i can eat the biscuit n juice all the time i want... hehe
Luca and Nichole were amazing hosts. Fun casual smart people who made my trip to Rome easier then I could have hoped for. Really great place. I'd love to get back there soon.
thanks Luca! thanks Nichole!
Luca and Nicolle are great hosts, very kind and helpful.
He came to pick us up in the train station and give us very good dvises.
The B&B is very clean. Very good experience.
It was really nice to spend a time in Rome. For me, this was the first time to go traveling by myself and I was hard to go somewhere or find places. But, Luca and Nicole helped me a lot for traveling and they were so nice to me. Especially it was really good to have a breakfast or dinner together and talk each other. Thank you so much and I want to stay your place when I come back to Rome :)
This bnb is strategically located near the train station. What made this place special was the hosts. Luca and Nicole picked us up from the train station and helped us with the luggages. Both of them were extremely helpful in everything: from planning my itinerary to solving any problems that occured to recommending excellent souvenirs/ shopping/ etc. They made us wonderful dinner on our 1st day and Luca even opened a bottle of wine for us while we had a nice chat about Italy. Breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast simply because it was available free flow all the time. Luca even asked us to pack some so that we can eat it while we were in the museums. I think this place should be called bed and buffet instead of breakfast. Nicole helped us with the cleaning including washing all the dishes. She told us to leave everything to her and just enjoy our holidays. After we checked out, they even helped us to carry our luggages to the train station and waited with us for the train to come. They made sure that we found our seats before leaving. What else can I ask for? Or maybe I should call this place Bed, Buffet and Butler. Whether you have kids or whether you are a couple, this is definitely the place to stay in Rome.
Luca et Nicole are really very nice and helpful. Always presents for having discussions and also ideas about how to manage your trip around Rome. That is important and contributes to make the journey much more interesting. And the icing on the cake : they really enjoy to share a plate of pasta with you.
Brilliant!! If you're looking for a place to stay in Rome. This is it. You'll walk around everywhere, and when you get lost, or just want to head home, it's nice to know it's just near Termini.
But it's more than that. Luca and Nicole are the consummate hosts. They just make it easy; booking, giving you ideas on where to visit, food, comfort. I mean, you do AirBnB for this kind of experience.
If I didn't have so much work that landed at late notice, I would have been up eating and being Italian and enjoying their company.
Lovely people, lovely hosts.
Thanks so much.
I had an amazing stay at Luca and Nicole's b&b. The room was lovely, really spacious and cosy and as nice as a hotel room, but the overall experience was better than a hotel because of how friendly Luca and Nicole were. They met me at the station, gave me advice about Rome (I was there looking for an apartment) and helped me find somewhere to stay for my last few days and to move into my new flat. Such a nice start to living in Rome :)
Very nice, clean room, in a very good part of Rome, from where you can easily walk to the main touristical sites of Rome. Luca and Nicole are very friendly, very helpful and creatie a nice atmosphere and make you veel very at home. Carolien
Luca and Nicole are very kind. When I got to Rome, I wanted to go Orvieto. But I didn't have enough time to make a reservation ticket, because there would be a lot of people to buy tickets in front of ticket office. So I send a message to help me to Luca, Luca said to me 'come home directly , and make a reservation by the internet'
He made and printed it. And then he took me to the platform.
How nice it is!
Their flat was very clean, and they always prepared something to eat or drink on the table and in the refrigerator.
I really appreciated to them.
