Attention before you book :
1. Please be aware two doors down is having indoor constructions 🚧 during business hours Monday - Friday . They can start as early as 6:30-7, and ends around 3-4. Noise level is based on the construction process and your personal tolerance.
Currently, the noise level is significantly lower than March. The big noise will be done by the end of July, then it will be interior renovation, which will be much less of a problem.

2. The outside area isn’t as neat due to construction. Expect dust when going through the entrance walk way.

3. You can enjoy watching the helicopters, airplanes, cars all day 😃. In other words, it’s not that quiet during the day.

4. Street parking

Other things to note
The entrance of the apartment is on the SECOND floor. There is NO ELEVATOR to get to the second floor. Please be prepared to carry luggages up the stairs.

Apartment entrance is behind the building (see reference photo in listing).
