The space

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of my home in the middle of a busy city. It is just 3,5 km from Old Quarter.

The contemporary design of my house will bring you a feeling of elegant simplicity. Since it has South Easterly aspect with two sides facing lane paths, it gets natural lights all the time, and so does your room!

When opening your room's balcony door in early morning, you will enjoy fresh air, nice breezing and good views overlooking a military airport and gardens. Vietnamese people's morning activities will make you feel clearly local daily life.

The house also has a nice terrace that is good for BBQs or morning coffee, a large living room and well equipped kitchen.

Since Old Quarter is too touristic and a bit noisy, I hope bring you a comfortable stay in a quiet and safe residential area - some different special feeling you will have in Hanoi

Interaction with guests

I work from home so I can interact with you rather often and be available when you need some advice and help

The neighborhood

The house is close to bus services, restaurants, cafes, Savico Mega Mall, AEON Mall, Vincom Mall, supermarkets of FiviMart, Big C, VinsMart...

It is easily accessible to Bat Trang Ceramic Village

Getting around

There are bus stops near my home with differrent bus lines across the city.

Bus frequency is every 7 minutes until midnight, convenient and crazily cheap price ranging from 0.25 to 0,8$ per ticket

It is easy to take bus No.34 to Old Quarter, Literature Temple, Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake, Museum of History, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum...and so on.

You also can take bus No. 17 to Noi Bai airport

Other things to note

The house has a kitchen and a living room where you can share with my family members and other guests.

Lien was truly amazing. A beautiful host with a lovely home. She went over and above in making our stay wonderful, stress free and relaxing. Lien's home is outside the city craziness so quiet and relaxing, just minutes from the Aeon Mall and a very cheap Uber ride to the Old Quarter. Lien is an amazing host, making sure we had everything we needed from dinner, to laundry to advice on what to do and where to go. Was a perfect stay. Thank you Lien. X

Lien is a wonderful host and a great person. Her house is stunning and beautiful. The room was exactly as described, and even more spacious than the pictures describe. Lien did so much for us during our short stay. Perhaps the best Airbnb service I've used so far. Would highly recommend

My best Airbnb stay so far. Very good communication before arrival. A very large comfortable bed in a room with aircon. There is also a fridge with snacks and beverages. Although, a bit from the center - an ideal place to rest in a busy town. Everything was very relaxed here! Thank you Lien!

Lien was a lovely host and her home was the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter. She was a kind and generous host who helped us with everything we needed. Her home is relaxing and is in a very beautiful and peaceful part of Hanoi. It only costs at most 3-4 dollars to take a taxi to the Old Quarter, and at the end of the day you are very pleased to be returning to her comfortable and quiet home. I highly recommend staying here. All of her neighbors are also very friendly and there is a lovely community garden across the road that your bedroom balcony looks out onto.

Dear all,

Thank you for visiting my profile and also for your coming or just an idea of coming to my nice country of Vietnam

I am very happy to be able to release my listings again on Airbnb after 4 month closing because of entire house occupation by an Australian couple (that is why you can see my last review is on March 2016). So anyone who is interested in staying at my house from July 2016 will be welcomed and can consider about or proceed with booking.

I missed my Airbnb business during closing and I would like to offer you better homestay experiences than it was before. You will find peaceful moments when staying at a residential area where my house is located. It is really an escape from hustle and bustle of the city centre.

I hope to see you soon at my lovely house to introduce about culture and people of my country over cups of tasty Vietnamese coffee and may be, over Bun Cha, which was a famous traditional food President Obama ate during his visit Vietnam on May 2016.

Thank you and best regards, Lien
