Secluded but close.
We had a fantastic time here! The cottage is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. It is set in a secluded, relaxing environment; but is just minutes from downtown Kona. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the ambiance, location, and amenities when we arrived at the studio, all just as advertised and more. The location is central to everything but out of the fray, just as we had wished. We had all the extras we needed, even a blender to make our fresh mango smoothies. What a treat. If you are looking for a relaxing out of the way basecamp for your Hawaiian adventure this is the place for you. Mahalo, we will be back.

Overall we really liked our 2 week stay. It was very quiet as far as people noise. There was a bit of road noise but nothing like in the main part of the city. There were no people around to talk to even though there are two other residences on the property. You need to drive a minimum of 10 minutes to the main part of Kona. The house was very clean and available when we needed it. The pictures were accurate but do not think that more than 2 people could stay here. Host is very easy to deal with and all the dealings over the internet and in person were prompt, courtious and friendly. If you want privacy and quiet then this is the place for you.
