The space
This is a beautiful four-story house, fully equipped for up to ten people.
- First floor or basement: Jacuzzi (10 people), BBQ area, kitchen, dining table, 58 inch smart TV, half bath and access to the garden.
- Main floor: kitchen area, dining room and main living room with wood-burning fireplace, 50-inch smart TV and balcony overlooking the mountains.
- Middle floor: laundry room (washer), garage for two cars with electric gate, and half bathroom.
- Upstairs: master bedroom with full bathroom and 50-inch smart TV, two bedrooms, full bathroom and library (equipped with board games, sofa bed and 55-inch smart TV). The bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the mountains.
For your convenience we provide a small pantry with coffee, sugar, salt, and oil. We also have high speed internet (30 gigas) ideal for teleworking.
For your security the house has two security cameras, one located outside the garage and the other inside the garage. It also has a modern anti-theft alarm system.
A two-hour hydromassage session in the jacuzzi is included with the reservation of the house. For the enjoyment of additional sessions, $20 per extra session must be paid.

We have an electronic key at the front door of the house. Hours before your arrival, we will be indicating the respective entrance code.

If for any reason additional people are included, you must indicate it in order to proceed with the respective additional payment. 🐛 About Local Wildlife (Insects) Presence of Hornets (Beetles) in May: During the month of May (rainy season or spring), it is common to see hornets (large non-poisonous beetles) on the balconies.
Prevention: It is crucial to keep balcony doors and windows tightly closed, especially at dusk. If left open, these insects could enter the house. If you find any, please use a dustpan and broom to remove them outside.
