Green! Green! Green! This house three- side surrounded by grass, trees, and flowers is on a 10,000 SF land with a lovely back patio and a large and private backyard. A trail entrance is near the house, and the parks and amenities (groceries, restaurants) are within walking distance. If you are looking for a peaceful, private, and relaxing place for families or friends - It is for you! For the long term guests, welcome to discuss the weekly, monthly, or yearly discounts. The space
This safe, quiet, and desirable community is 40 minutes to Vancouver and 8 minutes to historic Fort Langley. Clean and comfortable 4 queen-size beds and 2 sofa-beds are well prepared for our guests to feel at home. The large living room and kitchen give our guests indoor space chatting and relaxing. The second-floor patio provides you more fresh air and enjoyable and green view of the backyard. The trail near the house leads you to the beautiful James Kennedy Park if you like to do some outdoor exercises.

Guest access
This listing(3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor) is very independent except for sharing a separate laundry room(ground floor, with lock) with a separate #4 DDH (ground floor, with a separate entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms, in the backyard).
If you come with your car(s), there are two private garage driveway parking on the right side of the south (Please leave the left side for #4 DDH guests), and there are more free parking spots on the street in front of the house.

Other things to note
The only shared space is the separated laundry room, which is on the ground floor.
