GREAT LOCATION! Blocks to fun activities, nightlife, public trans, & Fairhaven Historic District, restaurants, pubs, & shopping. Cozy studio apartment is in a big historic VICTORIAN home built in 1890. Snuggle in with a cup of tea after a day of walking through our historic area. Exterior entrance, deck-partial bay view & 1 car parking. Clawfoot tub/shower. Coffee, tea, & microwave in room + mini fridge.

In light of the recent worldwide Corvid-19 outbreak, we would like you to know that we are well aware of our obligations to you as your host.

Ever since we became an AirBnB “Super Host” several years ago, we have maintained a strict cleaning regiment which has always included wiping down all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, counter tops,
cabinets, refrigerator, and microwave.

For safety and health reasons for ourselves and others and to provide an allergy-free environment for all our guests we have a zero-tolerance policy for all pets.

We are continuing with our established, routine, rigorous cleaning regimen in both your living space as well as your private bathroom. As our many guests have attested, your expectation of a sparkling clean, comfortable room and your personal health is of our utmost concern.

South Hill & Fairhaven: Location, location, location! Cozy, spacious and extra clean suite in our 1890's Historic Alfred Riedel House. Please wear socks or slippers inside on your stay. There is room and storage for all your luggage and extras. A Queen size bed is ready for you to relax, take naps, and have a comfortable and quiet nights sleep. A large table is available for those of you who need to spread out and work on your tablet or computer. A large work table is near a bright window with plenty of light. We have NETFLIX available for your viewing enjoyment. Cuddle up on the couch and watch the latest movies. Included is a coffee and tea set up, with plates, bowls, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils, and extras for munchies. Also, a microwave and mini fridge. A cute infared fireplace is set up for heat in the room should you need it. A pull out couch is available. A 3rd guest will be by Host approval and will include an additional charge of $25.00. Your own large private partial BAY VIEW deck! Quiet neighborhood. You will really enjoy your stay here. Walk or drive just a few blocks away for a jazzy time out in our Historic District of Fairhaven. Restaurants, pubs, & book & boutique shops galore will keep you busy. Interurban trails & paths nearby are delightful!

Federal and State Historic District. Our home is "The Alfred Riedel Home" and was build in 1890. Beautiful old homes, great walking streets, or make your way just a few blocks to Fairhaven and Marine Park. WWU, AMTRAK, the Marine Highway, walking trails, and the Ferry/Sailing Terminal are also just a few blocks away. It is a wonderful and fun place to experience! There is partying in Downtown Fairhaven until the late in the evening I've heard! Hee hee.............
