We are within walking distance of two subway lines.

Both take approximately 20 minutes to get to Manhattan.
We're also within walking distance of the B38 bus line, which can take you to Downtown Brooklyn and other areas.
Other Things to Note
The room is situated above a busy street. If you are sensitive to noise this may affect your stay.
We thank you for the good vibes you bring, and ask that you are tidy, and clean up after yourself in the living areas, kitchen and bathroom, and that you wash your dishes directly after use.
Please do not bring guests back to the apartment who are not included in your booking.
There is no smoking inside, but you can do so on our lovely fire escape! :)
This one is less of a rule and more of a guideline; we live in an old building that has delicate water pipes. To keep things flowing smoothly we only flush toilet paper (no paper towels or face wipes etc) We appreciate your care and patience with our delicate pipes :)
We are two friends from New Zealand who love hosting people from all over the world! We've also traveled a lot too!
Joseph is a kinetic artist - he makes chain reaction machines to teach kids about science. Liz is often involved in film/theatre projects while working at an Apple store.
We are open to all types of guests - whether you just need a room and wish to keep to yourself, or would like to hang out with us and share stories.
