Very charming apartments in an excellent location in Vicolo della Cancelleria, a famed little street in the very heart of Rome, just steps away from Piazza Navona. It's the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) and it's very quiet and safe even in the small hours of the night, and within walking distance (15 minutes radius) of the most important historical sights in the city centre. You won't need any bus transit or taxi: you will love to discover the real life of the city by simply strolling around the neighbourhood.
SILVER SUITE is a two-room apartment, made up of a living room with a double sofa-bed, a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine for your espresso, as well as other appliances, such as an electric cooker, toaster and kettle boilers for your breakfast needs, little refrigerator unit complete with an ice compartment, and a washing machine. The artful and unusual décor bears some reminders of the "rowboat" battles which would traditionally take place in an artificially flooded Piazza Navona during the Renaissance period. Up to 4 guests can comfortably reside here. The apartment is at ground floor.
Our finely and tastefully furnished apartments is equipped with entertainment devices (LCD TV-set and CD/Radio player) as well as fast Internet connection and independent heating and air conditioning systems (optional on request).

Everything was perfect! Ale is a perfect host, the house was really cozy and we loved it. We hope to return soon, thanks
We so much enjoyed this friendly cosy and Well located appartment. Its THE perfect location, and i really mean that :). Its around the corner from the Piazza Navona, a 20 minutes walk from the vatican and we saw the whole city by walking, no transport needed. The streets around are full of really nice restaurants, and small boutiques. The beds were comfortable, there was an umbrella(which you dont often need in Rome :)) a hairdryer, towels, We loved it. Yes as others said; there is not so much daylight but we didnt bother because we were going out anyway. And you can see some piece of sky to check if the sun is out and what to wear;)... Inside has a really nice feel to it. I will highly reccommend :). We only met the keyholder, we communicated through whatsapp, that went perfectly! Good WiFi. Make sure you dont take a shuttle bus into the city, use the train system, much quicker, much easier.
My husband and I were happy with Ale's Novona Silver Suite we stayed in while in Rome.
The location was perfect - just steps from Piazza Navona and from a bus stop. Also, Ale was very quick to respond and Domitilla was very nice! She recommended a wonderful restaurant to eat at - and it ended up being our favorite. Domitilla also took us to the airport quite early in the morning for our flight! So nice!
I would recommend this apartment.
This place is very nice. The apartment is clean and décoration is typical italian. This is a ground floor, there is no window, it's too too too dark!
Impossible to know it was out of time before leaving! We wanted to take a break from time to time in the day to the apartment but it was not pleasant.
A small detail, we love Italian wine, there was only big
beer glasses! This is a detail but it was very weird to drink wine in Belgian beer steins! In conclusion, I find it expensive for its benefits.
The apartment is very comfortable, in a nice area and has everything you would need. There are shops and restaurants nearby and it is about 10-15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Forum. I would happily stay here again.
A guy named Fabio checked us in. He phoned us right after we landed, helped with public transportation directions and waited for us patiently in the apartment even though it took us quite a while to get there.
The place itself is exactly as described: it had everything that was promised and looked just like in the pictures. Also very clean and well equipped: From stable wifi and a washing machine down to fabric softener, olive oil and Balsamic vinegar :)
The location is perfect it terms of getting around. Practically everything is within a walking distance.
Main downside is that there are windows only on one side and they're pretty small - so there's not much air or natural light coming in.
Other small problems:
Although it's on a quiet small street with no cars, there's a restaurant right across the bedroom window, so we eventually had to sleep with the window closed every night (and with no air flow...). Also, the space is small so it's not much fun for staying in during the day.
One last problem we faced was that there's no dryer or anything to hang the washed clothes to dry on.
If you plan to be outside mostly I'd say this apartment is a very good choice. If you also plan to spend some time "home", cooking and dinning etc., maybe you should look for a bigger (and perhaps less central) location.
All in all were pleased with our stay.
This place was great! An amazing location and a decent amount of space for a couple. We were able to avoid taking any cabs since the central location was perfect for walking or taking a bus to further locations such as ancient Rome or the Vatican. The apartment was tucked away in a cute side street, so there wasn't too much noise. I would highly recommend this place.
This apartment is very centrally located, but we were disappointed with the place. There is very little natural light, so it feels like a basement and is dank. It smells like mold, the shower had enough hot water for one and a half quick showers and the bed is not comfortable.
On a positive note, Ale met us on time and communicated well prior to our arrival. The pictures were accurate.
Fantastic location with a wonderful set of morning cafes and evening eating establishments.
We were very comfortable and had all we needed and felt very safe.
A few minor gripes in that the hot water on the second day was only enough for one very short shower, the plugs for the appliances didn't fit the wall sockets so we had to boil water in a pot on the stove.
However I don't want this to dampen the review as there was so much about the apartment that made it wonderful. The helpful guides and the fact that we had an apartment to come back to on the center of Rome made it all worth it :)
Location is really good and two of the stars is given for the location only. However the flat was a bit dirty and the hot water was running out so quickly also wi-fi was not working.
