About This Listing
A sunny apartment in Montréal's trendiest neighbourhood. Includes wifi, a washer and drier, and a huge kitchen. There's free street parking nearby. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the metro, and a stone's throw from popular destinations like St. Laurent, St. Denis and the Quartier des Spectacles (Place-des-Arts). It doesn't get more central than this.
Note that the entire apartment is only available on certain dates. Specifically, both bedrooms are free between
* December 23 and 30, and
* January 3 and 12.
On all other dates, I'll be sleeping in the second bedroom, and only the master bedroom and living room are available.
Airbnb is asking me if "guests will have access to a gym". Hmm.... no, but you're welcome to use my stationary bike, and there's excellent skating nearby. :)
I look forward to hearing from you!
Dave was a great host! The apartment was clean, spacious, and centrally located. We had the apartment to ourselves, but Dave was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Would definitely stay the next time we're in Montreal! Thanks!
I went to Montreal with two of my friends and stayed at Daves apartment for 2 nights. Dave was the perfect host and the place was located perfectly to where we wanted to go. Dave recommended some really nice places for us to visit. I hope to come back soon:)
Dave is a very nice and friendly host; he was there to greet us upon arrival. It’s a clean, comfortable, and great place to stay while exploring the city. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is safe and quite and also centrally located. He recommended us couple of good places to eat and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We always found free street parking within walking distance.
Thank you Dave for everything and we would definitely book your place again if we are visiting Montreal and will also recommend it to our friends.
My friend and I arrived at Dave's place and he was very hospitable waiting for us to make sure we find the place. He also helped us find some good restaurants in the neighborhood.
The apartment was very clean and spacious and the location was fantastic.
I did not get the opportunity to meet Dave, but the experience was absolutely seamless from beginning to end. Communication was prompt and clear, no questions left unanswered. The apartment was clean, comfortable and location could not be more central. We spent a weekend there and we found parking within a half a block at all times! When heading back to Montreal, Dave's place will be the first place I check out.
My experience at Dave's place was wonderful. He was a flexible and friendly host, making me feel right at home and even taking me out in Montreal. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a great location, close to everything and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. I walked everywhere during my whole stay. It was also very clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the balcony on a warm summer's day. I definitely recommend Dave's place and I just hope I have an excuse to go back.
