The Space

Going to Copenhagen and want to stay at a nice, cozy cheep place with lots of space? Well here it is. You get not only 1 but 2 super nice private rooms; a cozy bedroom and a large living room with a morning sunbathed balcony as well.

The entire apartment is a 3 bedroom 5th floor apartment with a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower and a bathtub. A girl studying English and marketing lives in the apartment as well. It's located very close to the city, metro and other public transportation, and it's only a 5 minute ride to downtown Copenhagen. The super trendy Nørrebro and Vesterbro are also just 5 minutes away.

The apartment is based at a small park, where people hang out and make bbqs, and there's lots of shops in the area open all days of the week. Just around the corner you'll also find the best pizza in the city, cheap and organic grocery shops, a chocolatery, wine shops, juice-bars, banks with ATMs, a 7-11, hair-salons, a pharmacy, computer stores, and famous restaurants of different origin, a cinema complex, and some bars and cafes.

The metro ride to and from the airport takes approximately 25 minutes and you don't need transfer. The walk from the station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

ALSO INCLUDED IN PRICE:

- Bed linen & towels
- Wireless Internet
- Ironing facilities
- Tourist guides and city maps
- Free yoga class at professional yoga studio (in English)
- Free coffee and tea!!

I look forward to meet and welcome you to Copenhagen Zen.

  • I stayed at Peter's for 2 months and it was perfect.

His flat is in a really safe location very close to supermarkets and literally a few minutes cycle to most of the prime locations in Copenhagen. As for the flat itself? It's clean, spacious, full of light and decorated in a typically Scandinavian manner whilst capturing Peter's love for art, film and literature.

Peter himself is a fascinating man who seems to be living his life to the absolute full. He is involved in many interesting projects which you should ask him about when you meet him- you won't be bored! He also has taken the time to make an amazing map of Copenhagen outlining the best things to do in each area, many of which won't be in any guide books!

All in all an excellent stay which I would recommend to everyone!

  • I enjoyed my stay at Peter's apartment. His support with information about Copenhagen was great! He left me some maps at the apartment and when we met by coincidence he gave me last tips for my stay. Very nice and helpful. I would defenitly choose his apartment for my next stay. Nice surrounding and very easy to reach from the airport.

  • Though I didn't met Peter nor stayed at his apartment due to illness, the information change on everything was great. He also provided me with a lot of infos about Copenhagen. I will definitely stay at his apartment the next time.

  • Perfect stay, great location, great host. Truly captures the feel of Copenhagen and the feel of someone's actual home. Kind of like stepping into city life while traveling, which is what airbnb is all about. Great map to show the lay of the land, great suggestions.

  • It was amazing - 2 beautiful, quiet rooms in the heart of Copenhagen. I had everything I needed in the apartment (the hammock - a dream!) or just around the corner. The apartment is perfectly located between the two "must go"-areas Nørrebro and Vesterbro (if you want to experience "the real life"). Peter made me feel very welcome and his hints were more than helpful. They made my quick trip a huge success – so try to follow at least some of his excellent advices! Thanks, Peter.

  • Great place to stay, nice and quiet and fully equipped. The neighborhood is a little ways outside of ' downtown' cph, but only a 3 minute train ride or quick walk, and they have everything you need and Peter will point you in the right direction.

  • Peter has the cutest apartment and I fell in love with it. He answered all of my questions from start to finish. Sad to depart. His place is extremely clean and cozy. You get exactly what he describes, to the T. I would recommend everyone I know heading to Copenhagen to Peter! His thoroughly mapped out (website hidden) list and map with comments really helped me enjoy my time there! I wish everyone else I rent from is as great as this place.

  • This was, by far, the best stop on a long trip. Peter is awesome. He sent me a charming (website hidden)Map by email a few days before I arrived, which included all of the neighborhood highlights (the best coffee, the best pizza, the best and most magical park, transportation, the best fresh juice and salad). Upon my arrival, he stopped by and gave me with a real map along with wonderful tips on exploring Copenhagen and great jogging routes and other neighborhood advice. His place is perfectly situated in an ideal neighborhood and the apartment is just lovely and comfortable. The patio is a special treat. I really can't wait to come back. If I could give Peter more than 5 stars, I would...

  • Peter not only provided me with a very cozy place to stay, he also gave me some good tips (and a self-drawn map) on where to go and what to see during my short trip through Copenhagen. Those made me experience the less touristic, more local districts of the city. I enjoyed our (short) conversation. The apartment is splendid and beautifully decorated. Definitely a place to go back to, or to recommend to others!
