Large appartment, very nice surroundings! Several grocery stores nearby, bakery and tourist information around the corner. Greatest ocean view, quiet during nighttime, ocean just down the street. Valentina explained everything and made great recommendations for restaurants and trips.
Would definitely recommend to families!
Vjeko's place is ideally located, the sea is just steps away at the end of the street, with a quiet, almost private beach perfect for a quick swim in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening.
Zadar is within a 15-minutes drive, while Zaton Holiday Resort with its all-day entertainment program, Vir with the superb beaches and Nin with the famous medicinal black mud (which has a serious fun factor) are also close to the village.
The area is peaceful (no night life noise!), the apartment is spacious, large enough for two families, cozy and clean. Our host, Vjeko's sister was absolutely helpful, maps and city-guides were available in the apartment. All the neighbors were friendly, even with our noisy kids.
We had a great time, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back next summer. Or even next week. :)
House is nicely located with with a beautiful view from a balcony. Vjekoslav makes tasty olive oil and grappa, which I really liked. I and my family and friends had a really good time there.
Great apartment to relax and get a taste of country living in Croatia. Crystal clear sea is just steps away, 20 minute drive to Zadar centre, supermarkets along the way. This is a good location if you are taking side trips to Istria, Split, Sibenik, and the islands.
There are ample sleeping accommodations: 2 king size beds +1 full bed + 2 single beds.
Air conditioning is in the kitchen/dining area, but you really don't need it because of the wonderful breezes.
The host speaks English and is very helpful and friendly.
If you are using GPS when driving to the house, set it for Ulica 13, Kozino.

About the Host, Vjekoslav
I am (trying to be) an easy going person and just enjoy every day life with no high or special expectations. Renting my houses and being a host is a thing that I really like, while meeting so many different people while they are on vacation is a perfect way of getting to know what easy going and enjoying every day life is! I love nature and country life, so having one house on the wonderful croatian coast (where I produce my very own olive oil) and another in the equaly wonderful mountain area by the famous Plitvice Lakes, gives me a great opportunity of enjoying it both and share it with my guests.
