Our 10th floor apartment looks south to the ocean with an amazing 180 degrees of sea and sky view from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. From the living room there is an almost 4 metre wide window with amazing sea views.
The reaction of our guests is always, "Wow! The pictures really don't do it justice."
The master bedroom has superb views of the sea and lighthouse. It has a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space.
The second bedroom has similar sea views and has a double bed, or two singles, good wardrobe space and shares a social bathroom with the third bedroom.
The area is safe and popular with tourists and locals. There are taxis and bus stops right outside the building, day and night.
We're 100m from the beach where there's surfing and natural sea pools.
And a few minutes walk from everything you might need: cafés (padarias), restaurants, bars, delicatessens, butchers, bakeries, fish mongers, ice cream parlours, shops, banks, night clubs, supermarkets, gyms, hairdressers, travel agencies, taxis, car hire, pharmacies, medical services, and a huge shopping centre.
We are also a short taxi (or bus) ride to some of Salvador's best attractions such as the historic old town of Pelourinho, or the bars and restaurants of Rio Vermelho.
The style of the apartment is modern and tastefully decorated with cool stone tiled floors.
There are 3 bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, and one social bathroom.
Each room has a ceiling fan, and there is almost always a fresh sea breeze. This apartment does not have air conditioning, and living here ourselves, we can say it is almost always cool and breezy.
There is a double bed and four singles which can be pushed together to make a Queen.
They all have ample wardrobe space. Six sleep very comfortably!
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a utility area with washing machine and clothes drying area.
The living room has a beautiful dining table which seats 6, two large sofas, and two bar stools.
There is a 32" Flat Screen, Full HD 1080p TV, with Dolby surround sound system, DVD player, and Sky Cable TV with HBO max included. Wireless internet.

• We can arrange an airport pickup or drop off from R$85.
• We offer a maid service to clean the apartment (for an additional fee), do your laundry, iron and if you would like, also cook for you, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation stress free.
• Guests are responsible for electricity usage. • The apartment and building are no-smoking, and no pets allowed. • Only registered guests allowed to sleep over, and must be named at the time of reservation. • No loud noise or unruly behaviour, especially after 10pm. • No pets or animals.
We speak English, Portuguese and a little Spanish, Italian and French.

We try to keep in touch everyday, to make sure our guests are having a good time and to help with any queries or problems they may have.
Very laid-back beach/city neighbourhood, with easy access to other parts of the city. Excellent resources for everything you might need on holiday.
Excellent bus and taxi, or car rental services, right outside the building.

We'll give you a quick rundown on the house rules when you contact us and again when you arrive. The apartment is self catering, and guests are asked to take good care as they would their own home: Leave your shoes at the front door; keep the apartment clean & tidy, food and rubbish always put away, and rubbish bins emptied daily to avoid attracting pests and insects. All guests must be registered at time of reservation and supply a copy of photo ID. Guests must follow the building regulations, full list available on request and we'll go over it with you on arrival: no parties, no loud music or noise especially after 10pm, no non-guests sleeping over, no smoking, no animals, no illegal activities, no sub-letting, any damage must be paid for in full.
