Bhuj is the center place to visit in Kutch. My place is independent place for tourists with no disturbance. there are 2 Bedrooms, 1 is big and other one is small one. It's a very Pleasant, Beautiful, Cultural & Ethnic place with garden view. It is close to the city center, parks, great views, restaurants and dining, and art and culture. You’ll love my place coz of the comfy bed, the kitchen,the views, and the coziness. Good for everyone...

You just don't stay here you live here...If you love art & culture this is the place you belong to ! The entire home is decorated with many artsy stuff by ourselves, for your pleasure.
We have created this elegant place with our love, warmth & Integrity...
This place is good for anyone to everyone including couples, solo adventurers & travellers , groups & business travellers...

Its a request to you to please go through the concept of Homestay before booking. Jaat House is not only a stay it is an experience.Our place is a Homestay not a Hotel so please treat it as a Home. Please dont expect any extravagant services you would expect from hotels. It is also requested to you to be cooperative and interactive with the co-hosts as well as the guests with you if you are sharing the house with other guests.

Guests have access to whole upper floor with living room, kitchen, balcony,according to their booking room. And garden in the ground floor...
Ground floor is private areas of Owner.
Guests can also enjoy garden area.

Other things to note
*** If you are only 3persons then you have to share house of 2nd Private Jaat House room (Listing) with other travellers too..( There are separate two bed rooms). If there is no one in the other room and you want to book it, you have to book separately with full house rate.. In King size big bed room we ll provide extra mattress according to booking of persons.

***No lift/elevator available. This is a family-run homestay in a bungalow, and the accommodation is on the 1st floor. Please note that guests will need to carry their own luggage upstairs.

*** CHILDREN ABOVE 2 YEARS of age will be considered as an individual and respective CHARGES for them will be applied...

*** Before booking for group or family please CHECK Bhuj Jaat House 2nd Private Room Calendar too...

***We provide Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on request (with extra charges).
Service is subject to availability — please inform us in advance:
• Lunch & Dinner: at least 2 hours before
• Breakfast: please let us know the night before

*** Gas stove can be used with EXTRA CHARGES..

***We do not permit the possession of electrical/electronic items such as electric iron, heater, induction cooker, rice cooker, boiler, etc., except for mobile phones and laptops/tabs in the home stay..

*** Require Xerox copy of each person Photo+Address identity proof while Check In time..

*** As it is a Homestay.. considering the place as your home, all the travellers are requested to WASH THEIR RESPECTIVE UTENSILS , MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS IN HOUSE & TOILETS , TURN OFF THE LIGHTS & ELECTRONICS AND TO CHECK THE TAPS , REMOVING THE SHOES IN SHOERACK while leaving the house...

*** Cleaning Charges ll be applied if Cleanliness ll not be maintained..Self Service is what we do at our home and we request you to practice that at our stay also. Cleaning of Utensils has to be done by the guests or else cleaning charges will be applied. We hope you cooperate.

*** Only Minimal Laundry is allowed. washing heavy and large number of clothes will result in extra charges...

*** We don't provide room service as it is home stay self service is there...

***Strictly not be allowed to carry anything out side from the premises...

*** No damage to the property or any mess with the house is accepted. U ought to pay for any damage of the property...

***We do not provide accommodation for driver.If you want to your driver to have accomodation with you, you'll have to pay extra charges..

*** It is expected from guests to keep the place CLEAN, SILENT & maintain DISCIPLINE...

***PARCEL services are always available for the guests as well as non-guests.

***We love to host pets but EXTRA CHARGES are applicable.
