Located in Oakwood's Historic District, enjoy our 1899 bungalow surrounded by the beautiful garden. Your suite has a private entrance, queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, hair dryer, etc. Walking distance to downtown Raleigh to enjoy great restaurants, bars and unique shops. We also do not charge a cleaning fee.

The space
Our suite is named for Trish's mom (Cookie) who loved to garden and was our inspiration to buy the house and renovate the garden. The room is a cozy room in the rear of the house with views of the garden. Private entrance and private bathroom.

Guest access
You have access to your private suite via a separate entrance and a beautiful garden. We also have a laundry facility if needed.

Other things to note
We have very close restaurants/bars, bakery, shopping. Some favorite eateries are Poole's, Stanbury, Crawford and Son, Jolie, Standard and of course Krispy Kreme .... and more are coming every day! Grab a coffee and a sweet at Yellow Dog, Bittersweet or Layered (croissants). Our neighborhood is very walkable, people really enjoy Oakwood.

Our Airbnb was featured in Walter magazine as well as Raleigh today as one of Raleigh's stylish/cozy Airbnbs.
