A great place to stay in downtown Raleigh. Clean, quiet, and quaint. Details made it great. Mini-fridge, coffee, and milk and beer in the fridge. Would definitely stay again!

You won't be disappointed with Cookie's Garden! Steve and Trish are amazing hosts. Don't be a stranger, they are full of great advice on what to see and do in the city!

We stayed at Steve and Trish's for a weekend getaway in Raleigh. Their home was ideal for this. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the landscaping was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Raleigh. Steve and Trish are gracious hosts.

My fiance and I were in Raleigh for a wedding. The wedding festitivies were held downtown. We prefer AIRBNB for multiple reasons and we are so happy that we found Cookie's Suite. I was so excited from the pictures, but I was even more impressed being there in person. The space is very private from the rest of the house. You have your own entrance and I like how the restroom is situated right next to the bedroom (so we didn't have to go in and out of the bedroom). The bed is very comfortable! The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Steve and Trish provided some waters and other refreshments for us. We walked back and forth from Fayetteville and Wilmington Street areas multiple times (during the day). If you love donuts, they are also super close to Krispy Kreme, they were closed every time we wanted to go- haha! We interacted with Steve a few times and he was very very nice. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area. I wish we lived here!

Great spot if you want to stay in Raleigh; particularly a residential area. Cookie's Garden is in the very nice historic Oakwood district. We loved having a pretty Garden patio to relax in between the times we were out and about. Steve & Trish were very easy to communicate with and we would gladly recommend their space to friends & family.

Steve and Trish have a great place. Check in was easy, the description was accurate, the location was perfect. Lots of nice gestures that made me feel welcome. You need to stay here. If I'm ever back in in the area I would definitely try and stay here again.

We are a fun couple who enjoys our lives here in Raleigh and like to travel and meet new people. We love flea markets and yards sales and have fun fixing up the treasures we find. Our favorites places to travel have been San Fran, New Orleans and Santa Fe.
