Welcome to our beautifully restored 1800s farmhouse at Kissel Valley Farm, where historic charm meets modern comfort. This private 2-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat located in Lititz, PA offers a peaceful escape surrounded by the beauty of Lancaster County. Wander through the native wildflowers, enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch overlooking the vineyard, and unwind beneath the stars in the private hot tub. Perfect for couples, families, and friends looking to relax.

Our farmhouse was thoughtfully designed to serve as both a luxury vacation rental and an elegant bridal suite for our wedding venue. To preserve its peaceful atmosphere, delicate furnishings, and event-ready condition, we welcome adult guests only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing a relaxing retreat.

First Floor
Step inside the farmhouse to an inviting kitchen and dining area, perfect for gathering over meals or enjoying your morning coffee. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.

The spacious master suite is located on this level and features a comfortable king bed, a built-in electric fireplace, and a Smart TV with high-speed internet for streaming your favorite shows. The suite also includes a private en-suite full bathroom with a floor soaking tub.

From the primary bedroom, step directly onto the patio, where you can relax in the hot tub.

Second Floor
The second floor offers a welcoming space designed for both comfort and convenience. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a cozy living area with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a sleeper sofa that easily converts into a full-size bed, providing additional sleeping accommodations for guests.

This level also features a kitchenette with a dining area, making it easy to enjoy snacks, coffee, or light meals. A dedicated vanity area offers the perfect place to get ready, and a convenient half bathroom is located nearby.

The private second-floor bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, Smart TV, and its own full en-suite bathroom, providing guests with privacy and a relaxing retreat.

We invite you to explore and enjoy the beauty of Kissel Valley Farm during your stay! Feel free to wander through the wildflower fields and take in the vineyard views. We kindly ask that you please do not pick any flowers or grapes so everyone can continue to enjoy the beauty of the farm.

The farm is also home to bee hives that help care for the surrounding landscape. Please admire the bees from a safe distance and avoid approaching or disturbing the hives.

Please note that the barn is reserved exclusively for private events and is not included with your stay unless previously discussed. The barn will remain locked. We kindly ask that you respect this space and refrain from entering or exploring the barn.
