Wake up to stunning waterfront views at this beautifully designed Chatham retreat. The main level features an open living, dining, & kitchen space with double sliders to a deck overlooking the water. Sleeping 8, three bedrooms and luxe radiant-heat bathrooms await, while the primary king offers direct deck access. The lower level adds a sectional, TV, game room, and laundry - all with uninterrupted water views. Just minutes to Jackknife Beach, idealic downtown Chatham, and Chatham Bars Inn.

The space
This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across multiple thoughtfully designed spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for group meals, while the living and dining areas provide plenty of space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the scenery.

- Primary King Suite (Upper Level): Waterfront views, private slider to its own part of the deck, dedicated work-from-home desk, and a full ensuite bathroom
- Queen Bedroom (Upper Level)
- Twin Bedroom (Upper Level): Two twin beds
- Lower Level: Sectional Queen Sofa bed with flat-screen TV
- 2.5 bathrooms, all finished with upscale details. Full bathrooms feature radiant heated floors, custom tile work, and luxury shower heads - offering a spa-like experience after long beach days.

Lower Level

- The lower level adds flexible space for relaxing and entertaining, including a TV lounge, half bath, laundry room, and a garage game room (photos coming soon!) - perfect for kids, teens, or rainy days. A second slider opens to the backyard, delivering even more waterfront views.

Outdoor Spaces

- Enjoy multiple decks and outdoor seating areas overlooking the water. While there is no direct water access, the home offers panoramic waterfront views throughout, making it an ideal setting for peaceful mornings and scenic evenings. We also have an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Location

- Ideally located just minutes from Jackknife Beach, downtown Chatham shops and restaurants, bike paths, and the iconic Chatham Bars Inn. This is a prime home base for beach days, dining out, and exploring the best of the Lower Cape.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
