Our 3-car garage has been fully converted into a trendy, dedicated event space—perfect for indoor gatherings, themed parties, or a casual home base for your celebration. Accommodates up to 40 guests comfortably.
• Outdoor Property ($1,200 + $200 cleaning fee):
Take the party outside! This option gives you full use of the grounds for tent setups and larger outdoor arrangements—ideal for intimate weddings, garden brunches, or celebrations upto 80guests.
For 80+ guests, please reach out to the host for approval and additional arrangements.

• No Glass Near the Pool: For your safety, glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area. Please use the plastic-ware provided!
• No Pets: We love animals, but our home is a pet-free zone.
• No Firearms or Weapons: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
• No Off-Roading: Motor vehicles and mountain bikes are not permitted off-road or on the landscape.
• No Illegal Items: Drugs and illegal activities are strictly forbidden.
🔥 SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY
• Designated Areas Only: Smoking is allowed only on the cement patios. Please dispose of butts responsibly!
• Fire Safety: Open fires are only permitted within the designated Fire-Pits.
• Indoor Air: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.

We love music, but we respect our valley neighbors! Please keep front-of-speaker decibels to:
