The house features two bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests with a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Central air keeps things cool, and the cozy living area includes a smart TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a dedicated spot to work or check in while you’re away.

The well-stocked kitchen makes meals at home a breeze and opens into a bright breezeway that leads outside to a private deck and fully fenced backyard-perfect for relaxing after a beach day.

You’ll be minutes from some of the area’s best attractions, including Nantucket Sound beaches, mini golf, bumper boats, and the lively shops, cafés, restaurants, ice cream spots, and galleries of Harwich Port.

Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, a classic outdoor shower, 2 chaise lounges and outdoor dining for 4 with a gas grill for easy summer dinners.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (1 dog, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
