The space
This is a light, bright, airy spacious 3/2 1650 sf Courtyard Villa. There is sleeping for two couples with a Master Suite (King) and a second bedroom with TV for streaming (Queen). The third bedroom will have a workspace plus twin-sized convertible chairbed for one.

To enjoy your stay you have acess to: 2 sets of water weights, 4 pool noodles, 2 putters, golf balls, removable putting green, pickle ball equipment for 2, 2 folding chairs for the Squares or neighborhood parties, a beach umbrella, Dominos, Scrabble, tic tac toe and a deck of cards for inside game night.

Riverbend Rec Center is walking distance away with a Family Resort pool, St Tropez Rec center and pool, Swallowtail adult pool, Magnolia Plaza, SAWGRASS Grove, Fenney, EDNAS and many other amenities close by! Less than 5 minutes to EASTPORT! Close to MIDDLETON...
