Studio Bawa is located on the first floor of the Sami Luwih building and is designed to give you a private and comfortable place to relax in the heart of Seminyak. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed, a wardrobe with a safety box, and a flat-screen TV.
The spacious room, which also has a small balcony space, has a simple and cozy layout that’s perfect for resting after a day exploring Bali. The private ensuite bathroom gives you full convenience during your stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll have access to a shared plunge pool, ideal for cooling off or relaxing with a book. There’s also a small shared kitchenette, and if you want to cook, a stove and microwave can be provided on request, making it easy to prepare simple meals whenever you feel like staying in.

Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
