We loved our stay in Paolo's Florence apartment. It is exactly how it's pictured on the site. The bed and couch-bed are very comfortable, and the apartment was clean and a lovely place to call home for our two night stay. Paolo was a wonderful host! He was so warm and friendly, he had great recommendations for us for places to visit and restaurants to try, and he met us at the apartment exactly at our scheduled meeting time. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Paolo, his apartment, and our stay in Florence. I can't wait to come back!
Appartement trés sympa , agréable, assez spacieux.
Il est bien stué
Paolo was amazing, he met us at the train station and showed us around. we loved his adorable unit and felt nothing but safe and comfortable during our stay.
Having stayed in Paolo's apartment was the best decision made in my Italy trip! Paolo has great hospitality and very friendly. He walked us to the apartment from train station, and help carried my suitcase! Paolo also made great places to eat, we went to one of his recommended restaurant twice, and had one of our best meal in Italy. The apartment is cozy, very clean, well equipped with all essentials you need for a good stay. The location is very closed to train station, and easy to get around the city. I will defiantly recommend it to everyone!
Lovely lovely host and awesome apartment! Paolo and his brother were so kind and helpful. Paolo's brother picked us up from the train station and helped us with our heavy baggages! The apartment is a nice and comfortable place and includes all required facilities for a nice stay in Florence. I do recommend this place and would definitely go back there if we ever come back to Florence.
We (3 adult female travelers) spent a week in Paolo/Stefano’s apartment, which is in a well-located 500+ year old building, a short distance from the train station, convention center and the river. The apartment is totally updated/modern, comfortable and roomy, well-furnished, and very clean, which provided for very pleasant stay. It was our home away from home. It has two French doors, allowing for plenty of sun light, while its location on the second floor provides security and privacy. Paolo and his brother were courteous and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate staying there again.
Loved this place!! incredibly nice & sweet owner! gave us suggestions for restaurants, cafes and bars. All the ones we checked out were as great as he said. Also gave us a bottle of lovely red wine. A little out of the center, however Florence is not a huge city, so 10-20 minute walk you could get anywhere. Last, the apartment is WOW. That's the only word i have. It is beautiful, cozy, modern, renovated. Everything you see in the pictures. Comes with essentials : sugar, oil, salt, pepper..etc Would stay here again :)
Wow ... The apartment was great ... Air con, comfortable bed, nice shower and very clean, new and tidy. Totally recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a great pad in Florence. Stefano met us at train station and even carried my bag up the stairs! Thanks. As a back apartment this was very quiet...which we really appreciated.
Thanks for all your recommendations on walks and places to eat... Definitely the best Gelato around.
BTW we choose to eat at the steak house just down the road one night as we were too tired to venture far... Didn't enjoy at all... But that was our choice.
Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.
Wow, what a fantastic apartment! Great location, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We arrived by train at around 9:00 PM and Paolo's brother, Stefano meet us at the train station and guided us a short walk to the apartment. It is located on a 3rd (US) floor. Apartment is located in a historic building. The apartment is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, nice furnishings, nice linens, and fully equipped with all you could ever need. Just as perfect as the photos show the place to be. There is a washer if you need to launder clothing. Paolo and Stefano have put together a map of Florence with suggested walking routes and points of interest. Stefano suggested on restaurant (same street as apt.) where we enjoyed our best dinner during our month-long European travels. There is a great deal of pride of ownership that shines in this apartment. We would definitely recommend this host and apartment. It just doesn't get any better!
My friends and I (4 of us) had an amazing stay in Florence thanks to Stephano (Paolo's brother, who we had the pleasure of meeting). The apartment itself was so clean, bright and modern. No problems with the clean shower, water and wifi (we didn't get to cook, sadly). Stephano and Paolo also provide all guests with a tourist map that they did themselves which turned out super helpful for us to navigate the city easily, and recommended some places to eat. Everyone, you MUST TRY the gelato shop!!! We went back 3 times in 2 days ^_^ The pistachio is amazzzzzing. Thank you for meeting us at the station and giving us all the information Stephano :)
