This is the best way to see NYC!
This lovely apartment with garden access is located just three blocks from Prospect Park, in beautiful Park Slope, Brooklyn which was recently voted "the best neighborhood in NYC" by New York Magazine.
The apartment features an open plan living room / kitchen, full bath and two "railroad" style bedrooms in the back. The first has a twin bed and the second a full-size bed overlooking the garden. The place is the perfect weekend retreat for a couple or small family.
There is WiFi, and computer access with Netflix and Hulu Plus so you can stream movies and your favorite TV shows. There are also lots of CDs and books to keep you busy after trekking all over the city.
We're on a small tree-lined street a half block away from the main shopping strip. There are tons of great restaurants and bars within a three block radius (I’m happy to give you a list of our favorites) and the park is host to Celebrate Brooklyn an outdoor festival with movies, music and dance performances from June – August. We’re also really close to the F, G, R, and M trains, making trips into Manhattan easy.
If the calendar says unavailable don't be discouraged. We just might use you as an excuse to get out of town! Send me a message and we can discuss dates and rates to suit your needs.

My boyfriend and I had the greatest time at Kerrie's beautiful place in Park Slope! Her home is extremely spacious, very clean and super accommodating. Kerrie is the most gracious host and it was a huge pleasure to meet her. I couldn't recommend her place more, which is in one of the loveliest neighborhoods in Brooklyn. We'll definitely be back when we visit Park Slope again. Thanks so much for having us Kerrie!
I booked Kerrie's apartment for my mother and Aunt. She was always quick to respond and very accommodating (my mothers flight arrived quite late and check in went smoothly). I can't speak from personal experience in the actual apartment but from what I hear they had a lovely time! Thanks Kerrie!
Kerrie is a very generous and gracious host. Everything went smoothly and she was helpful and accommodating. Her apartment is lovely, airy and bright. The space was clean and well appointed. It is conveniently located to subways and on-street parking was fairly easy to find nearby. We were very comfortable and welcomed. Kerrie also checked in over the weekend to make sure all was good. We would absolutely stay here again.
My friend and I had a lovely stay in Kerrie's cozy apartment. Kerrie was very sweet and laid back. We were greeted with the aroma of freshly baked bread when we first walked in, a wonderful greeting on a cold autumn day (the bread was delicious too!). The apartment is on a cute, quiet street. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed - ample towels, filtered water, full kitchen, and very comfortable beds. The only problem we had was the noise from the downstairs neighbors in the morning. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!
Kerrie's apartment is a lovely, tranquil space perfect for an individual or perhaps a couple of travelers. It's located in a pleasant corner of Brooklyn, and there was plenty to do nearby.
I highly recommend staying at Kerrie's Park Slope apartment the next time you're visiting Brooklyn. (If you're lucky, like us, she'll even leave you pastries and fruit for breakfast!)
We really enjoyed our stay in Kerrie's lovely Park Slope apartment. It was a really nice area and the lodging was comfortable. Kerrie was available at all times to answer questions or give dining suggestions. It was surprisingly a very quiet area. We will be back for sure!
The apartment in Park Slope was just what we were looking for - quaint, great light, comfortable, two rooms, nicely furnished and very clean. The location is amazing and Kerrie was very hospitable and welcoming. I definitely recommend.
