Welcome to your perfectly placed home base - just 3 miles from downtown Fayetteville & nestled between the area's top adventure resorts. This charming 1930s cottage offers comfort, convenience, and character.

The space
This cottage is located only 3 miles from downtown and has been recently renovated while keeping its 1930s charm! Enjoy arched doorways, crown molding, beautiful wood trim and amazing artwork decorating the walls. There are two bedrooms, one with two twins, and one with a queen bed, a spacious kitchen with dining area, dedicated office space, living room, bathroom, and backyard with grill. The house has beautiful light and lots of plants to keep the air fresh and clean for you!

You will share the driveway with the loft apartment (Cloud Nine) that sits upon the detached garage, but there is plenty of parking for two vehicles on the left side of the driveway. If you’re interested in booking the loft apartment as well, reach out to see if it’s available, or you can also find it in my profile with our other properties.

Guest access
Full access to the house. There is no garage access.

You share the grounds with the guests above the garage but the two places are not connected via a wall and so there is a lot of privacy. Please be sure to park so that they can park on the right side of the driveway.

The owner closet in the center of house that has the mirror on it is locked.

Other things to note
There is a grill out back and the grill tools are in the lower cabinet in the kitchen storage cabinet by the dining table. Please feel free to use it, and leave it clean for the next guests.

The wifi code is on the side of the fridge on a sticker.

Please be aware of leaving lights on outside and turn them off when you do not need them.

When we get A LOT of rain we have noticed that the basement can smell. We had the septic tank pumped and our plumber said that it is just a pressure variation that we can't do anything about. It is rare that this happens but if it does, you can keep that door closed that goes from the entryway to the kitchen.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement for you to use.

If you need anything else we are right across the street. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything at all.
