Unwind in this peaceful, light-filled cozy apartment just 3 miles from downtown Fayetteville & the heart of the New River Gorge National Park. Perched above a detached garage with a private entrance, this thoughtfully furnished space offers everything that you need for a comfortable stay!

Inside, you'll find:
*New queen bed with crisp cotton sheets & down duvet
*Fully equipped kitchenette for easy meals
*Private bath stocked with essentials
*Quiet, cozy atmosphere

The space
The small bath has a cherry red cast iron tub to soak your weary bones after a day of adventure. Please note that there is no shower. There is a claw foot, cast-iron tub with a shower wand. All natural bath products are provided .

The kitchen table fits two perfectly and allows for a desk space if you need it as well. Internet allows you to work from home if you need it, or stream your favorite shows and movies.

There is a grill out back, as well as a table and chairs if you want to cook out or eat outside or just catch some sun. Feel free to share this communal space. Please leave everything clean and as you found it!

We have a 2 night minimum in season but if you’d like it for just one night, please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Guest access
As you pull into the driveway park on the right side in front of the right garage door. Backing out into the road can be tricky so don't worry if you need to use the grassy areas to turn around. We drive on them all the time! As you walk towards the house you will see a breezeway that takes you back to the apartment door on your right.

Other things to note
Please note that there is no shower. Due to the sloped roof, only a bathtub could fit but it’s a shiny red cast iron tub ready for bath-time. Please be careful to keep water in the tub :)

We use all natural cleaning products, soaps and non-scented laundry detergents.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if we can smell any smoke in the apartment. This is our personal space so please be respectful.
