It has a full freshly painted bathroom and a second half bathroom. Enjoy the large screened-in porch, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, picnic table, charcoal grill, and large private campfire ring. All cabins come with a reserved dock slip and electricity! Free use of sandy beach, Adirondack chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and beach toys for kids.

My name is Paul Murphy I recently moved from my house in Manvel to my Lake Cabin on Cass Lake with my 12 year-old daughter Lulu and Fiancé/Soulmate Nikki! I played Division I hockey at the University of North Dakota in the 90’s where I got my bachelors degree in teaching. After graduating I taught for five years and in that time I started buying rental houses. Now for the last 21 years all that I do is buy houses fix them up and rent them out!
