A bright 3-bedroom villa with a pool, set in the center of Costa Teguise. The space is designed for easy holiday living, where everything is on your doorstep. There's plenty of room to relax, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining, and a terrace for sunbathing or evening drinks. Ideal for families or groups who want privacy and a calm base while being a 5-minute walk away from beaches, restaurants, and shops. If you need to do some work, there is fast WiFi throughout and multiple desks.

The space
This villa is a much-loved family home, rented out while the owners are away from the island. We want guests to feel at ease, supported, and able to enjoy Lanzarote without hassle. We’re available for questions, recommendations, or any issues that may come up, and we’re happy to share local insight on places to eat, quiet beaches, or things to do around Costa Teguise. Your comfort and peace of mind are our priorities.

Guest access
The guests can use the entire villa, the garden, and the pool. The basement and garage area at the back will be off-limits, along with a small storage room on the ground floor.
