Surrounded by a tropical garden, the private pool is ideal for relaxing days. The villa includes two bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with a single bed, making it well suited for families or small groups seeking tranquility.

This hillside villa is located in Rawai, a highly appreciated area known for its friendly atmosphere and wide choice of amenities. Within a short drive, you’ll find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, massage parlors and fitness centers. Nai Harn Beach, famous for its natural beauty, is only 3 minutes by scooter or car. The villa is set in a peaceful residential neighborhood, offering privacy and calm. A tropical garden surrounds the private pool, creating a relaxing outdoor space. Inside, the villa offers two bedrooms with king-size beds and one single bedroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces designed for long or short stays.

On night time you have a security guard who stay at the place from 6 pm to 6 am.

Cleaning and Linen Policy:

To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule:

The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels.

After 3 more nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen.

Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability.
Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one.

For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months.

Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh).
A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB.
