The space
The Huachuca Cottage is a charming, completely self contained 900 sq ft private guest house, with two bedrooms and one bath, with free hi-speed WIFI, Guest Access Roku TV, a large well appointed kitchen with European style washer/dryer, living room and private parking.

A gated driveway leads you to the Huachuca Cottage, set behind a completely separate main house on the property.

As our guests, your safety and comfort have always been our main priorities. We continue to maintain high standards of sanitation and common sense health and safety protocols.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Our special place in Hereford is in the spectacular Sky Islands of SE Arizona, at the base of the Huachuca Mountains’ Ash Canyon. It’s a wild nature birding paradise. And still a hidden gem.

An easy one hour and a half drive from vibrant Tucson and 15 minutes south of Sierra Vista, the shopping and medical center of southeast Arizona. Sierra Vista is the home of Fort Huachuca, one of the oldest Army Bases, home to the Buffalo Soldier legacy and continues to be an active center for US military intelligence.

From the expansive vista of Happy Huachuca Cottage! you can almost see as far as tomorrow on the Eastern horizon. Mexico is to the south and the Chiricahua and Mule mountains to the east. Our property is shadowed by the majestic Huachuca Mountains that rise to nearly 10,000 feet and stretch for miles behind and to the northwest.

We are located on E Mountain View Road, just 100 yards off of Highway 92, turn off before the Palominas Fire Station on the south side of the road.
