Excellent location and really quite, beautiful house. The host was incredibly hospitable and helpful and interesting to speak with. Best airbnb I've tried.
We stayed with Asher (Dalia was not home) for a little under two weeks.
Prior to our arrival, Asher & Dalia were very quick at replying to our questions about arrival time and directions, which helped make us feel comfortable about our visit.
During our stay, Asher was very hospitable and friendly; we ate dinner together a couple of times, and enjoyed a lot of interesting conversation. He was a great local guide, giving us advice about where to go and where to eat, and encouraged us to get out of the house in the evenings/on the weekends to make the most of our time in Charlottesville.
I commuted to work every day using the Free Trolley; the stop is only a few minutes' walk from this house, so it was very convenient. And the house is just a short walk from the Downtown Mall! Would definitely recommend.
We stayed only one night and we had a great time. It was clean and it had everything we needed. Dalia was not there, but Asher showed us everything and wasa great host.
We had an extremely enjoyable time at this house. We were totally comfortable and had great conversation with the hosts, who also knew when to give us our space. We would definitely stay here again
Dalia's home is lovely and incredibly convenient to anywhere you'd want to be in Charlottesville! We especially loved the big open kitchen and large selection of reading and viewing material. Would definitely stay there again.
Dalia was out of town during our stay, but her partner, Asher, was a wonderful and sweet host. He made sure our arrival was smooth and uncomplicated. The neighborhood was conveniently located within easy walking distance of Main St and Historic Downtown. Our bedroom was very comfortable.
Dalia was not home during our stay. The house is very nice and well located. The breakfast we had at disposition was tea and coffee.

About the Host, Dalia
I am a fiction writer and free-lance editor. We chose to live where we do--a short stroll to the downtown mall and UVA--because we like to put our legs to work, and--oh, I almost forgot--I never learned know how to drive! Maybe it's not too late...
