The space
Conveniently located in South Beach on Collins Av., the famous street just behind the beach where the most beautiful hotels are located, this sophisticated apartment, marble all over, offers a wonderful terrace (sea view) with furniture and loungers.
There are 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with two full beds, one bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms with a full bed. Three out of the four bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, as well as the living room. The sofa turns into a full size bed. There are 2 marble bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The living room has a sofa bed that becomes a full size bed.
For your comfort, you will find everything you need (range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washer, dryer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, iron hairdryer...).
A/C, Wifi and cable TV are included.
Towels and sheets are provided, and beds are prepared for your arrival.
There is an affordable gated parking lot only a minute away (corner of 12th st and Drexel ave.).
